Prices

Prices shown on this website are indicative "starting from" prices per person on a twin-sharing basis. They are subject to availability, travel dates, hotel category and group size. The final price is the one stated in your written quotation.

Booking & payment

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send a written confirmation.
• The balance must be paid before the date mentioned in your quotation, usually before departure.
• GST and TCS are charged as per Government of India rules.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation charges depend on hotel, airline and supplier policies and on how close to departure you cancel. The applicable policy is shared with your quotation. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method.

Changes

Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, government orders or other events beyond our control. We will always try to offer the closest alternative.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for holding valid ID, passports and visas. We provide visa assistance, but the visa decision rests with the respective embassy.
